In which countries is it possible to shop online?
Our customers can buy from any country, however the shipping cost may be charged extra, over and above the stated Maximum Retail Price (MRP) depending on the country the product has to be delivered to.
Are the online store prices the same as those in a JAMUNTREE stores?
Yes. However depending on the Company’s marketing strategy it may offer discounting on select items from time to time.
Are out-of-stock items restocked?
If a standard item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. However in case of a non-standard item in case the item is out of stock then there is no guarantee that the same product may be available post re-stocking and the same will be removed from the website.
Is it possible to receive periodic information via email about JAMUNTREE latest new products and offers?
Yes. By simply clicking on Newsletter you will receive information on JAMUNTREE’s latest products.
Can I cancel my JAMUNTREE Newsletter subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription by clicking on the Newsletter menu. Fill in the details and select send.
How do I recover my forgotten password?

Yes the tracking number will be sent to you on your registered email id.
Can I remove items from my order?
Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order has “NOT BEEN PROCESSED”.
Can I cancel my order?
NO. Once the place my order button has been clicked the order “CANNOT” be cancelled.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
We at www.jamuntree.com sell items that have been quality checked and duly approved by the Quality Control Department, however, in the rare event of receiving a defective item, please contact our customer care executive at +91-7669292001 (10.00am-6.00pm) 5 days a week from Monday to Friday.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If you have accidentally received an item that you did not order, please contact our customer care executive at +91-7669292001 (10.00am-6.00pm) 5 days a week from Monday to Friday and they will assist you immediately on Returns (Kindly also refer to our “RETURN POLICY”).
Will I be charged for customs charges in case of international shipping?
All of JAMUNTREE orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Noida, U.P., India to your provided shipping address via the Shipping Agents. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with the Shipping Agent to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from the Shipping Agent for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay the Shipping Agent directly at the time of delivery.
