The website www.jamuntree.com is an online shopping portal dedicated and exclusive to “JAMUNTREE” and it’s Products. Which means you will be able to buy only products which are offered by “JAMUNTREE”.
The Payment method is via Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking via Indian Banks. We also accept Credit/Debit Cards from other countries and other currencies including USD/Euro/British Pound and all other International Currencies.
STEP 1
REGISTERING
You can register your account with us by clicking on the tab “NEW USER”. This will open a page which will request for some basic information which will be helpful in your future engagements with us.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS AN OPTIONAL FEATURE. Incase you already have registered with us earlier you can login directly with your email-id and password.
If you are buying for the first time, you can continue as a guest and you will be automatically registered and the password will be emailed to you. Account will not be created if you choose guest check out.

SELECTING A PRODUCT/S

As you click on a particular item it will open a new larger view of the products from 4 different perspectives so that you can review it carefully. PLEASE NOTE he sizes that are available and in stock will be highlighted in green color.
You can choose the particular size and click on “ADD TO CART” button.
STEP 3
EMAIL & SHIPPING DETAILS
Enter the billing address which is the address and other particulars of the party paying for the purchase.
Usually the billing and shipping address are the same. If you want to have a different shipping address click on “SHIP TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS” and enter the shipping address there.
Once this is done, click on the Continue to Proceed to Payment button.

Proceed to payment.
Click on Checkout button after adding ALL items that you want to buy.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

It is our endeavor to ensure that the goods that you have ordered reach you at the earliest however we request you to consider the following delivery period and timelines;
Shipping within India will take approximately 5-10 working days depending on which state and/or territory you live in.
International Shipment may take anywhere between 7 – 15 days depending on the destination country and connectivity. You will be able to track the goods in transit basis the tracking number which will be emailed to you on your registered email id.
